Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

While we strive to deliver the best quality products and a seamless shopping experience, we understand that certain situations may require a return, refund, or exchange. Please read the policy below carefully before initiating any request.


General Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 2-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to request a return or replacement only if the item received is damaged during transit or incorrect.

We do not accept return or exchange requests for reasons such as a change of mind, dislike of the product, or minor imperfections that do not affect the usability or quality of the item.


Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Exchanges

Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during shipping, or
  • You received a wrong item compared to what was originally ordered.

Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video when opening the package. In case of damaged or incorrect items, this video will help us verify the claim quickly and process the request faster.

Condition of Returned Product

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, and certifications must be intact.
  • Items that are tampered with, altered, or used will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Time Limit

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected].

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


Exclusions – What’s Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

We will not accept returns or exchanges for the following situations:

  • Change of Mind – If you no longer want the product after purchase.
  • Minor Packaging Flaws – Slight imperfections in outer packaging that do not affect the product inside.
  • Color or Size Variations – Products may vary slightly in appearance due to lighting conditions, display screens, or manufacturing tolerances.

Customers are advised to check product descriptions and size details carefully before placing an order.


Refund Process

If your return request is approved, the following process will apply:

Once the returned item is received at our facility, our team will inspect and verify the product condition. After successful inspection, you will be notified via email regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited only to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.

For Prepaid Orders (Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI / Net Banking)

The refund will be issued to the original payment source. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–12 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

For High-Value Orders

In certain cases involving high-value transactions, additional verification may be required before processing the refund. This may include verification of order details or payment information to ensure secure processing.

Delays in Refund Processing

While we aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, the actual credit timeline may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway.

RadhaKavach.com shall not be held responsible for delays caused by banking institutions, payment processors, or unforeseen technical issues. Customers are requested to allow additional time for the refund to reflect in their account.

Partial COD Orders – Refund Conditions

If a customer places an order with partial Cash on Delivery (COD) payment and later refuses to accept the delivery, the partially paid amount may be adjusted against logistics and processing charges.

However, an exception applies only if:

  • The delivery was not made, but the delivery personnel falsely marked the product as delivered, or
  • The customer did not share the OTP, but the order was incorrectly marked as delivered.

If the OTP is shared with the delivery personnel, and the order is marked as delivered or cancelled using OTP confirmation, it will be considered that the customer voluntarily accepted or cancelled the order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Lastly, contact your bank, as refunds may take several steps to process.
